Update: New Association with Pasternack, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton & Romano, LLP
In 1982 I began my legal career with Victor Pasternack and his cousin, Frank, in the World Trade Center.
They introduced me to the practice of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. The Pasternack cousins, along with Abe Popish, who was the unquestioned leader in the field of NYS Workers' Compensation law for over 30 years, were not only my mentors, but treated me like Family.
When I began my own practice in Long Island, in 1985, they were very supportive to me and we remained close throughout the years. As my practice blossomed, they became one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in New York State, dedicated to representing injured workers throughout the State.
I have recently united forces with Pasternack, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton & Romano, LLP to help provide my clients with the experience and resources that only Pasternack, Tilker can offer. I will continue to actively work on your case, and am happy to answer any questions you may have with our merger, whether in person or over the phone.
About
A work injury or disability is personal. Personalized service is exactly what you need if you suffer from a work-related injury or disability that throws your life off track.
Our attorneys at The Law Offices of Lee S. Braunstein, are proud to offer personal service and treat you like a member of the family. Larger firms in Long Island — both Nassau and Suffolk — as well as New York City simply cannot compete with our law firm’s personalized quality of service. When people hire lawyers from large firms, they may not even meet their attorney until the day they go to court and are typically treated as a number. Not only can that be stressful, but it also leaves you feeling like you’re in the dark about your case.
Our attorneys are not above making phone calls to your doctor to speed up approval for any treatment or surgeries you need. We look at the whole picture and help you in all areas of your situation.
We work with a community of attorneys who handle personal injury lawsuits, medical malpractice cases, and any other type of legal action you could potentially face now or in the future. Our firm is bilingual, also serving Spanish-speaking clients.
We are proud members of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association.
